Summary/Abstract: The number of teenagers (14-18 years old) sentenced registered an important growth. This can be explained by the reality that poverty and economic inequalities strike first of all the children and the teenagers and, on the other hand, by the decreasing role of socializing institutions (family, school, youth and children organizations) as well as of the control agencies (administration and Police).
