Summary/Abstract: According to the Law no. 272/2004 on the protection and promotion of the rights of the child, the raise and the proper development of the child is the responsibility of the parents who are obliged by law to exercise their rights and to fulfill their obligations towards the child, keeping in mind the superior interest of the child, and subsidiarily, of the entire family.
