DEFFINITION OF SECURITY – ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE APPROACH

Summary/Abstract: The study of the security of the social organization is related to the elaboration of a definition of this notion. There are a lot of definitions in the scientific literature on the theme. Some of them have a common structure, other ones differ. Almost all the definitions describe some distinctive aspects or features of security from the author’s perspective. This approach does not allow to make up really a more complete and precise definition of security. The report presents the idea of displaying the content requirements for the definition of security based on the scientific, organizational-cultural, organizationalsystemic and organizational-architectural approach.
