Summary/Abstract: Managerial role in finance and risk management in the conditions of market economy is dominant in the monitoring and implementation of other company functions. Financial flows are followed by all other activities, whose success or failure, directly influence the finance, butfinancials and risk management has excellent and often decisive role in achieving the mission and vision of the enterprise as a key strategic development objective.
