Summary/Abstract: The article substantiates the methodology of objectivized knowledge, based on the method of “large kettle”; developsmethodology for the direct assessing of non–objectivized knowledge level of management of production systems which asopposed to the well–known methodologies is based on the provisions of psycho–semantics and permits to assess two basiccharacteristics of knowledge level: depth of its details and level of structural connectedness. This permits to sufficientlyincrease the quality of assessment of production system knowledge at the expense of accounting together with theobjectivized knowledge of employees.Aim of research: to substantiate the methodology of objectivized knowledge based on the method of “large kettle”; to developmethodology for the direct assessing of non–objectivized knowledge level of management of production systems based on theprovisions of psycho–semantics and permitting to assess two basic characteristics of knowledge level: depth of its details and level ofstructural connectedness.Methodology of research: full–fledged characteristic of the range of production system knowledge as the basis of its possibilitiesshall be based on deductive approach. It is necessary to define separate basic assessment principle for the integral assessment ofthe range of production system knowledge. Cost approach to assessment may be selected as similar principle.Taking into account that individual non–objectivized knowledge of management sub–system employees is of special significance inreality and may be directly assessed; this type of knowledge within the framework of general research of production system potentialis separated into the definite factor group and assessed on the basis of proper methodological approach.Results of research: the methodology of objectivized knowledge based on the method of “large kettle” is substantiated;methodology for the direct assessing of non–objectivized knowledge level of management of production systems based on theprovisions of psycho–semantics and permitting to assess two basic characteristics of knowledge level: depth of its details and level ofstructural connectedness is developed. This permits to sufficiently increase the quality of assessment of production systemknowledge at the expense of accounting together with the objectivized knowledge of employees.
