Summary/Abstract: The notion of interpretation can cover many activities, both in common parlance and the lawyers’ language. Interpretation may be useful in making and implementing the law or may lead to contradictory results, depending on who is interpreting. The theory of interpretation must discern the causes of these differences and, by applying them specifically, to explain possible nuances, to develop systems able to make it a common language for all the people of law, lawyers, theorists or officials. Given the consequences of interpretation, further and deeper study and expression of concepts related to interpretation are necessary.
