Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to briefly present new EU rules regarding the offer, sale and provision of package travel and linked travel arrangements. The stress is put on the comparison of Directive 90/314 with new Directive 2015/2302 and in addition, the distinctive similarities and differences between both Directives.
