Summary/Abstract: This report deals with several proposition of a legal regulation about tourism from the thirtieth of the 20th century. The main attention is focused on the content of these propositions and on contemporary concepts of law matters that should arrange the field of tourism. The author describes two drafts of the law. One of the drafts was prepared by the Department of Commerce, which has tourism in its competence. The last one was introduced by one of parliamentarians. The ministerial motion was based on the unitary concept and foundation of new establishments connected to the state administration. The parliamentary motion was based on the actual structure of associations that were farther developed on the field of facultative cooperation.
