Summary/Abstract: This article presents the importance of spokesperson as an interface between the institution/ organization and the public, through the press. The article includes the attributes of the press bureau and its role in the economy of the organization it is incorporated in as well as the tactics that any spokesperson must master in order to have an efficient activity in his/her relation with the press and the public.
