Summary/Abstract: The article considers the possibility of using a legal model of social entrepreneurship as a basis of formation of the legal structure of relations associated with satisfaction of social and property needs of Russian citizens taking into account positive foreign experience. The construction of a theoretical model of this legal structure is proposed by optimizing interaction between the means of private and public law.
