Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is the analysis of affiliation as a legal construction in civil law. The article investigates the features of affiliation as a civil construction and its value as a theoretical model and as a means of building regulatory material, as well as the role and significance of this legal construction in law making and enforcement.
