Summary/Abstract: The article investigates the features of implementation of the civil rules of international treaties in the sphere of copyright in the legislation of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that the above implementation has a proactive nature. The influence of the provisions of international treaties on the development of national legal systems is considered. The main trends in the development of the legal regulation of relations in the field of intellectual property usage are analyzed.
