Summary/Abstract: The article classifies a perpetrator’s personality traits having essential significance in criminal law. It defines the comparative degree of the influence of different groups of personality traits on the degree of social danger of a perpetrator. Consideration of these traits leads to the individualization of punishment and other measures by the court under criminal law.
