Summary/Abstract: The author, in he's work, in the beginning, is exploring international acts, which do manage, archive matter, in the case of weapon conflicts, like is Hague Convention on production of cultural issues of 1954. year, program "world memory", on protection of vital archive matter, etc. Then he does explore necessary undertake steps in the archive, for protection of archive matter during weapon conflicts, disasters, especially fires. From the last mentioned, he does explore act that are established in Kosovo, as it's Manual on fire protection. At the and, he does explore data on suffering and pillage of archive matter in Kosovo, during 1998-99. (nineteen ninety eight dot ninety nine) conflict.
