Summary/Abstract: Due to the rapid and continuous change of technological development and easy internet connection, there is a huge possibility to change the ordinary learning model and the process of learning as well. Recently, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) gained a huge success and it implemented discussions among information society about the revolution of higher education nowadays. Massive study application form only proves that the number of students is not limited. Open studies mean that for this purpose only Open Source (OS) applications and software, various open access information resources are used and everyone can participate. To ensure a successful and qualitative learning process, a well selected methods, technologies and innovative course platform shall be used. The article presents comparative analysis of MOOCs personalized learning environments that ensures the highest quality of services on the Internet.
