Legal protection insurance in the Federal Republic of Germany – selected problems on the grounds of case law of the Federal Court of Justice in years 2010–2015

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on gathering the most important judicial decisions of the Federal Court of Justice concerning legal protection insurance. The author revised selected judicial decisions of the Federal Court and placed them in the article, guided by the significance of discussed matters. The emphasis has been put on the year 2014 in which many material sentences had been reached. The author presents the discussed judicature synthetically and does not appeal to the complicated actual states of affairs, being an object of the Court’s decisions.
