Life Insurances with the Insurance Capital Fund, experience of selected European countries

Summary/Abstract: The article aims at the presentation of selected problems connected with the insurance agreements with the Insurance Capital Fund in the Western Europe The author emphasizes the characteristic of the British market The typical actions taken by the supervisory organs in this country were described. Moreover, the introduction of the soft law is taken into consideration.The author draws the attention to the solutions of the German jurisdiction which questioned clauses considered as inconsistent with the consumer law.The author focuses also on the role of European Insurance Law in the context of life insurance. Additionally, the author analyses the Italian jurisdiction concerning the insurance agreements with Insurance Capital Fund.
