Summary/Abstract: Companies, which would like to achieve success in a changing environment, are determined to take action corresponding to the occurring changes. Appropriate management and use of human resources potential with its knowledge and experience is a strength of the company. Enterprises subordinate their to use of computerization and intangible resources – knowledge in particular. Investment in human resources allows us to use their talents, increasing efficiency of the company. Unlimited knowledge resources determine the success of employees and organization. The efficiency of knowledge use is assessed by a personnel audit that includes an audit of knowledge. Knowledge is the basis for the skillful management of human resources in organizations that continually introduce new programs. Those programs incorporate changes in enterprises which become the normal way of proceedings.
