PARTICULARITIES ON TESTING THE MOTION CAPABILITIES OF THE CANDIDATES RECRUITED FOR THE MILITARY PROFESSION IN THE ROMANIAN ARMED FORCES

Summary/Abstract: In order for an army to be competitive in accordance with NATO standards, it needs three things: proper endowment (gear and equipment), proper military training and, last but not least, the quality and number of staff members. The importance thereof for obtaining a professional army, along positive mental attitude, cannot be emphasized enough if the recruitment and selection of staff is not adequate from the physical standpoint.
