Summary/Abstract: The society considers the minor and young as individuals with their personality in development and age-specific rights. This manner of considering them enables their development of honest personalities, in the future being able to perceive the principles of the democratic society and of respecting the citizen rights and freedoms. Due to their immaturity and their age, they are not always able to separate good from evil and, therefore, sometimes they are influenced and determined by adult persons to commit antisocial acts, subsequently becoming delinquents. The involvement of minors or youngsters into an organized group may subsequently lead to serious and severe crimes, such as terrorist offenses.
