In the study six metropolitan areas: Warsaw, Łódź, Cracow, Wrocław, Poznań and Tri-City have been presented. The comparison of statistics and annual reports of selected banks and consulting firms have shown that the real estate market changed under the influence of external factors, associated with changes in the world economy and the crisis.
