DIN LEXICUL STRIGĂTURILOR NUPŢIALE SĂLĂJENE
FROM THE VOCABULARY OF NUPTIAL HOLLERS IN SĂLAJ

Summary/Abstract: The present study focuses on the lexical elements of the nuptial rituals in Sălaj. It encompasses the unitary as well as the diverse character of this region and also its sociocultural, anthropological and linguistic aspect. The linguistic area includes numerous words from the nuptial terminology in Sălaj in which the richness of the lexical material permits us to analyse the terms and syntagms. Therefore, we are going to treat this terminology mostly from an etymologic and lexico-semantic perspective.
