Summary/Abstract: The essence of corporate culture, its influence on development of the social and labor relations have been disclosed in the article. The scheme which reflects a place of corporate culture in the system of social and labor relations of the enterprises and organizations has been developed. The results of sociological research concerning the status of corporate culture and its influence on regulation of social and labor relations, formation of social capital have been expounded.
