Summary/Abstract: The need of intensification of a role of social interaction of employers, labor unions and public authorities for questions of support and increase of employees' competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises has been proved. The activation of a social dialog between employers and labor unions for the sake of saving labor capacity of the enterprises, increase of workers' competitiveness on the basis of modernization of workplaces, retraining of staff has been suggested.
