Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the essence of the contemporary Internet journalism in Russia. Using the example of the Internet journalistic works by A. Kolesnikov, D. Bykov, A. Navalny, A. Prokhanov, M. Shevchenko, M. Sturua, the paper examines the features of different journalistic genres in the global network. The changes that the genres undergo as a result of adaptation to the new communication situation are revealed.
