SIGNIFICANCE OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT FOR BUSINESS

Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the place and role of management, and crisis management in the process of implementation and realization of all forms of protection and rescue, with a special focus on enterprise. Through the analysis of the relevant literature, as well as on the basis of empirical experience, elaborate the basic principles and the basic steps to be implemented during the action on the crisis afflicting particular organization or company. The results that will be reached through the above theoretical research suggest that crisis management is extremely important and great applicability, both in the field of protection and rescue, as well as in the field of prevention of crisis situations, particularly those which are subject to enterprise in modern turbulent developments.
