Summary/Abstract: The article presents a brief period during 1945 when the honour of the Croats and Serbs was the subject matter of legal regulations. One of the primary objectives in the establishment of a new government included the standardization of the legislative framework. Political, propagandistic, cultural, artistic, economic and administrative collaboration with the occupying powers and “domestic traitors” were adjudicated by the Tribunals for the Protection of the National Honour of the Croats and Serbs. Their judgements had multiple significance and far-reaching consequences.
