Summary/Abstract: The Pringle case is one of the most interesting cases of the European Court of Justice (CJEU) for economic relations in the European Union. The annotated judgment is significant for this reason, that the Court, in times of economic and political crisis in Europe, once again underscores some international law principles, belonging to the core of the European integration process.
