EVALUATION CREATORS OF PUBLIC ARCHIVAL MATERIAL

Summary/Abstract: Unlike the past, when technics of appraisal have been directed "from the bottom up", that this is tehnic that examines documents, socalled microappraisal, we have decided to primarly use tehnic "from top to bottom" or macroappraisal. It means that we wanted first to undrestand functions and activities of archives creator and to place him in belonging context of mutual! conections, then to move to microappraisal and analysis of individual document and to appraisal of contents, but again placing it in specific context specific activmes and another regulations wich were appropriate for this task, than the Registers of archives creators run by Ar­ chives, corresponding pools wich were as supplement to our Reg­ ister, analysis of archives that are today in Archives, archivistic litterature (domestic and foreighn), and last but of great importance the cooperation with public archives creators from our territory of the activity.
