Summary/Abstract: IX National Conference on Public Procurement was held on 29 September 2015 in Warsaw. The conference was attended by representatives of practice as well as representatives of academic centers dealing with public procurement law from all over the country. The topic of the conference concerned binding guidelines for procuring entites and economic operators in the light of the new EU directives coming into force on 18 April 2016. The conference was organized by publishing house Forum Media Polska Sp. z o.o. along with the editors of periodical "Monitor Zamówień Publicznych".
