Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present legal and pastoral aspects of homily delivered outside of Mass. The first part refers to homily delivered during all liturgical celebrations. The second part depicts homily during the celebration of the holy sacraments (outside of Mass), and the third part is devoted to homily delivered during administration of sacraments. The fourth part discusses homily at the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours.
