Summary/Abstract: The flexible forms of work are one of the most important methods of employment in many commercial enterprises. A Polish Legislator prepared an identical solution also for cooperatives. It maybe useful for different types of cooperatives but not for social cooperatives which have specific influence for its members and local community. The main aim of social cooperatives is a social and vocational reintegration. They should build stable workplaces and social safety so management board have to use cooperative employment contract instead of a contract of mandate or specific task contract. As a result members of social cooperatives movement need to plan conclusions for Legislator in which they contain a ban of use flexible forms of employment in social cooperatives.
