Summary/Abstract: 31 cases settled by the NCCD.Subject: discriminating statements against homosexual persons; violation of the right to dignity of LGBT people; discrimination by publishing an article that refers to sexual orientation; Image injury; discrimination established on grounds of sex, sexual orientation and family status; gay harassment; Homophobia statements made in "public space"; harassment and violation of the right to dignity of LGBT people; insults, threats, beatings, insults with reference to sexual orientation; slanderous statements about atheist and gay people; called homosexuals abnormal; alleged harassment because of sexual orientation; offensive remarks and acts of violence due to sexual orientation; giving public statements expose sexual orientation, damaging moral and professional; formulations presenting homosexuality as a disease or a behavior similar to pedophilia. American Psychological Association in 1990 and the World Health Organization have established that homosexuality is not a mental illness.
