Summary/Abstract: During the recent field surveys aimed at identifying lithic raw material, Paleolithic tools were discovered at Șinca Nouă. The tools come from two find-spots of the village; techno-typologically, they can be assigned to the Middle Paleolithic and the Upper Paleolithic, with no further precision yet. Hopefully, future excavations will provide additional information.
