As such, it will focus on describing,sometimes using the exact words, the approaches taken by the United States,United Kingdom and Romania towards adapting to the current and future security environment. Thus, it claims no originality its sole focus being that of allowing the reader to make an implicit comparison between various perspectives on transformation.
