Summary/Abstract: The problem of retention of the rights of economic and operational management in civil legislation is discussed. A special feature of this study is that it is performed from the perspective of the concept of defects in the mechanism of legal regulation of corporeal relations. To prevent the defective phenomenon, detailed consolidation of the legal regulation of the rights under consideration is suggested.
