Summary/Abstract: This research aims to determine the precautions that the school managers take, about the problems that occur during the pregnant teachers’ excuse time. This research is a descriptive survey model. In the research qualitative method is used to determine the problems that occur during the pregnant teachers’ excuse time. The data is obtained by structured interview form. To resolve the data content analysis technique is used and charts are formed by frequencies about the proposals. Ideas take place about the managers’ in the research The research results indicate that pregnancy process of the teachers effect their performance at schools, pregnant teachers’ excuses causes difficulties at their schools and because of these difficulties most of the managers propose a replacable teacher to overcome these difficulties.
