Summary/Abstract: Aim of this study is to analyze the foreign policy of Kazakhstan in the frame of Kazakhstan's energy resources. In this respect, the analysis was made according to the data taken from the primary Kazakh and Russian sources. Tables depending on the statistical data published by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Energy and the direction of energy routes are remarked. The theoretical basis of the study relies on energy and win-win theories. Energy plans and strategies of Kazakhstan are included into the study. Articles in Kazakh and Russian published by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Energy, energy studies and official web sites are made use of as study materials.
