Summary/Abstract: Even though people and populism concepts have been obtaining from the oldest known period until today, these concepts also show a distinct character in the Turkish thought before Islam in today’s world. In this age, which democracy is perceived as the most efficient government system and is invigorated as an aim, having the right to speak and determining the borders of their lives by themselves of people. Without any discrimination, reflect the general attitude of living moment. This attitude is not only a relating property to living moment. Existing reflection of this attitude is not only a distinct quality of specific ideologies in today’s world but also showed itself actively in the social and politic life of former Turks.
