Synthesis of NCCD jurisprudence. The religion criterion – 2008-2015

Summary/Abstract: In this synthesis there are presented 62 resolutions of the NCCD, with the object, for example: No restitution of property belonging to the United Church with Rome/Unitarian Church - The denial of the right to property - 17 decisions; Building a Romanian Orthodox Church in the Palace of Justice; non-renewal of the contract of employment on religious grounds; discriminatory statements against members of the Baptist Christian religion; violation of religious identity through the last census carried out; statements discriminating against atheists; prison food regime in accordance with the religion of the applicant failed; no withdrawing the Manual religion which present some religions as negative; No representation of some religion cults in military clergy; dismissal because of religious beliefs; providing religious assistance only to prisoners belonging to orthodox religion; failure of no discrimination between religions officially recognized in Romania, when the official portal e-Romania was launch; Misallocations of funds to minority churches.
