Summary/Abstract: Financial analysis today in conditions of increasing competition, can play a major role in managing the company through participation in the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy. It can also assist in the improvement of their activities and operations, ultimately leading to improved economic efficiency of management and the financial situation of the company. The main objective of the study is to assess the financial condition of the Company Asseco Business Solutions SA, a five-year period of its activity and to show that the accepted methods and techniques are versatile research tool and can be used to assess other economic entities. Studies show that: • the company during the period generated high profits, attributable to a single penny of revenue, • company during the period of financial excess liquidity phenomenon occurred because it was considerably exceeded the level regarded as safe, in such a situation, the company has huge cash reserves, which it intends to invest in the future • indexes debt that the company itself is unable to finance its operation on the market. The analysis of discrimination on the basis of the model A and model Tributes E. Mączyńska and M. Zawadzki leads to the conclusion that during the period the company had never been in danger of bankruptcy. In summary it can be concluded that Asseco Business Solutions in 2009-2013 showed very good condition finance. Business characterized by high financial stability, low dependence on external funding.
