Summary/Abstract: Throughout history, gardens havebeen shaped through the reflection of culture on space, where culture is defined as a system of symbols shared by people and transferred to future generations. Protecting and ensuring the sustainability of Uighur gardens, which carry the historical and cultural heritage to date, will enable the transference of the nation's consciousness to future generations. For this purpose this study associates the concept of culture and the general characteristics of Uighur culture with Uighur garden art. It also summarizes the general characteristics of Uighur gardens and highlights the significance of protecting these spaces. The Uyghurs of migratory structure built-in social life has passed are just starting the next changes in the re-evaluated, need to work to protect nature, Local people need to maintain their agricultural activities in order to continue for centuries terracing along its margin morfolojisiyle compatible layout and the field, as well as insights is responding that tourism protection-use as well as how to balance planned is scrutinized as a good example for that.
