Summary/Abstract: In order to examine the effect of interest and exchange rates on inflation, the data of 2004:M1- 2016:M10 period has been used in this study. Time series have been used to examine the relationship between these variables. As a result of the analyzes made, it has been determined that the interest rate and exchange rate have a negative effect on inflation. In addition, a one-way causality relation from the interest rates towards the exchange rate has also been determined.
