Issues of agreements in amended including the code of criminal proceedings

Summary/Abstract: In the article an issue of consensual modes of completing criminal proceedings in criminal proceedings in the context of the last amendments of the code of criminal proceedings which came into effect in 2015, but next was presented in 2016 Analysing amended regulations they pointed like made with short stories of the change influenced positions of the accused and the aggrieved party in proceedings. They also paid attention to the most important problems which can appear on land of amended disciplinary-procedural regulations. To sum up they made an appraisal of alterations implemented in the discussed scope of consensual forms of completing criminal proceedings.
