Summary/Abstract: In the represented article the child is considered as special legal person with respect to other participants in the civil revolution. The specific character of minor is evinced, first of all, by its lawful position or status. In this connection not only the definition of the concept of legal status of child is proposed by the author, but also is explained the theoretical and practical need for the isolation of the separate forms of legal status of minor, such as general, special and individual.
