Summary/Abstract: The need to gather academic achievements, including the measurement in economics, in one place appears. This subsidiary discipline of science in economics could be named economic metrology or shorter econometrology. The economic metrology should deal with issues of creating measuring models, with categorization of variables on stock and stream oriented. The task of this subsidiary discipline of science should be dealing with various types of economical measurements (direct, indirect) and also with types of measurement errors. It should also point analytical, acceptable tools for individual types of measures. The other important issue is to solve matters of the equivalence of variables with regard to the category and economic notions.
