The level of transport as a determinant of the process of large enterprises restructuring

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the evolution of the restructuring process in a changing macro-environment from the time of transformation to nowadays. We present the results of empirical research conducted in 2014 on 120 large enterprises obtained using a questionnaire survey carried out. Among many macro-environment determinants, special attention in the article is given to technological factors. On the other hand, to present the significance of selected determinants quantitative and statistical research methods are used in the article. As a result the most important factor of the technological factors are presented. That is why the level of development of transport when making a decision to carry out the restructuring by the company is the most important
