Summary/Abstract: The concept of value in relationship marketing is a theme of growing interest. In most studies, however, it refers to the value of the customer. The following paper focuses on the concept of employee value in the organisation. The Author concentrates on both the concept of employee value for the organisation and the value the organisation should create, communicate and deliver to the employee in order to create lasting relations with them.
