Summary/Abstract: In today´s technically-oriented age sellers are obliged to adapt to current trends and fashions, not only in the field of production, but also in trading and selling goods or services. It is necessary for businesses to create a certain added value for a customer. Modern customers are not merely satisfied with the goods being sold to them, but they appreciate special customer care or an added value. Customers´ satisfaction has become a key to keeping them loyal. If customers are satisfied with purchase, staff approach, problem solving or communication, it is more probable they will return to a shop later or recommend it to their friends. All is applicable to both brick and mortar shops and online shops. Nowadays there are a lot of online shops where a customer is able to choose the goods comfortably from home. Such an approach generates an added value for a customer with development of the Internet in general.
