RESOURCE EMPLOYMENT VIA BRICOLAGE – A NECESSITY OR FREE CHOICE IN SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Summary/Abstract: The discussion on social entrepreneurship have analysed the resource context to the limited extent. The author, makes an attempt at outlining conceptual framework related resources and their employment in social entrepreneurship, using the existing theoretical framework in the discipline. A reference to the bricolage, is made as entrepreneurial adaptive behavior is made, as well as its forms and nuances. While referring to the most current references on resource employment in the entrepreneurial process, the author concludes that bricolage is inherent in the nature of social entrepreneurship.
